Setup

1. Install Dependencies:

   npm install
   

2. Run Development Server:

   # Uses local hugo binary via hugo-bin
   ./node_modules/.bin/hugo server
   

3. Build for Production:

   ./node_modules/.bin/hugo --minify
   

Stack

• Hugo Extended (v0.152+)
• Tailwind CSS (v4.0) via PostCSS
• Alpine.js for interactions

Deployment

• Output Directory: public/
• Cloudflare Pages: Set build command to npm run build (add script to package.json) or just run hugo.
• Netlify: Similar setup.
