Stores **`merged-binary.bin`** (~10 MB merged image dated Sep 2025 in this folder).
### Flashing sanity
Identify whether this corresponds to ESP32‑S3 (UF2/bootloader offsets) or another SOC before writing with `esptool` / `chrome` UF2 tooling / vendor flasher — misaligned writes brick boards.
### Git hosting guidance
Treat firmware blobs like release artifacts:
- Prefer **`git-lfs track '*.bin'`** or forge **Releases**.
- Ship checksums (`sha256`) in commits when you bump firmware.
