s3-ai-friend firmware artifact

Stores merged-binary.bin (~10 MB merged image dated Sep 2025 in this folder).

Flashing sanity

Identify whether this corresponds to ESP32‑S3 (UF2/bootloader offsets) or another SOC before writing with esptool / chrome UF2 tooling / vendor flasher — misaligned writes brick boards.

Git hosting guidance

Treat firmware blobs like release artifacts:

  • Prefer git-lfs track '*.bin' or forge Releases.
  • Ship checksums (sha256) in commits when you bump firmware.
