Setup Path

• No runnable setup path was proven by manifests; add a verified command to the readiness issue before release.

Environment Rules

• Keep local secrets out of Git.
• Put generated build output outside source control.
• Prefer a clean checkout when validating setup instructions.
• Record the exact command that works in the readiness issue before closing it.

Current Gaps

• No non-stewardship source files are visible yet; this repo may still be a placeholder or import shell.
• Repository description still needs a project-specific maintainer rewrite.
