STEP 7 As soon as they let you know they are interested in hearing more from you, you should call them. In this Book you will find a Script to do the communication via email exclusively, along with the book. I’ve found that people are generally more receptive after 5 P.M. because most of them still have day jobs that they work. Now, get them on the phone. You: Hello is this Xyz? XYZ: Yes. ’ You: Hello XYZ, my name is [you name] and i m the real estate copywriter that emailed you yesterday. Do you remember me? Mr.XYZ: Yes. ’ You: Perfect. As i said in the email I ve sent you, I have a couple of ideas we can implement to improve your ad response. Mr.XYZ: Ok. Tell me more about it. You: I write real estate copy with the buyer in mind if you want people to act on your ads, your copy has to grab their attention in seconds, because on eBay other properties are just a click away, also your copy has to seduce the reader in a way that he feels that your property is right for them, this is what triggers
them to take their phones of the hook and call you. You: Would you be Interested if I could do this for you? Mr.XYZ: Of course, This sounds great! You: Great! I charge $900 for my work. $197 down and the remainder due and payable ONLY if your property id sold in 30 days or less. Mr.XYZ: So, all I have to pay now is $197? ’ You: That s right.
