drjones 2ef5e0fa69 Chore: single launcher REAPER.bat only; drop redundant bats and unused ports.txt ...

- Remove MASTER/MASTERSTER/install/run batch shims
- Remove wordlists/ports.txt (ports are GUI checkboxes)
- README: how to run (REAPER.bat + manual pip/main)
