# Payment Recon Search Engine
Flask API + static frontend that searches the web for payment-processor usage,
screenshots the hits, and classifies sites with local vision models.
`processors.json` defines the processor fingerprints; `search_engine.py` runs
discovery; `vision.py` does the local-model classification.
