HERETIC ORBITAL

Live monitor + before/after arena for a Heretic (p-e-w/heretic) abliteration run on Ornith-1.5-9B.

What it does

• Live telemetry: parses the heretic run log — trial #/200, current optimizer parameters, phase (calibrate/analyze/abliterate/merge/finished), GPU utilization + VRAM gauges, live log tail.
• Before/After Arena: prompt both models side-by-side (original ornith-1.5:9b-64k vs ornith-1.5-heretic), refusal-keyword highlighting, per-prompt verdict.

Run

python3 heretic-dashboard.py   # serves :5123, stdlib only

systemd: heretic-orbital.service (enabled).
