+Hosts **`discord-ai-bot-controller/`** (Vite/React + Node backend services).
+
+Navigate into **`discord-ai-bot-controller/`**, which ships `README.md`, `README_RUN.md`, npm scripts, and bot services.
+
+Quick start (inside the subdirectory):
+
+```bash
+cd discord-ai-bot-controller
+npm install
+```
+
+Follow **`README_RUN.md`** for Discord tokens / environment wiring.
+
+Keep credentials out of Git: use `.env` locally only and ensure it stays listed in `.gitignore`.
