Stewardship Readiness Checklist

This issue tracks the first real maintainer pass after baseline forge cleanup.

Required before first verified release

  • README describes what the project does in project-specific terms.
  • Setup/build/run/flash instructions are tested.
  • LICENSE_STATUS.md is resolved or explicitly blocked.
  • docs/PROVENANCE_CHECKLIST.md is completed for imported code and binaries.
  • docs/SECURITY_REVIEW.md is completed.
  • CHANGELOG.md records the first verified state.
  • Wiki pages contain project-specific facts instead of generic stewardship notes.

Baseline repo governance, wiki pages, labels, templates, milestones, and readiness docs were installed automatically. Replace placeholders with facts as each project becomes active.
