5fc601b564 feat: fleet ops, KEV scan, tunnels, beacon fallback, persistence 
Extend owned-fleet control with scheduled tasks, audit log, file browser,
HTTPS beacon when WS drops, protocol tunnels, registry/autostart forge
options, KEV exposure in full sys check with Telegram alerts, and UI/tests.

- Full system check, desktop push, BITS/host-binary persistence, Path Tracer
- Dashboard/Crucible visual polish, haptics, sacred geometry, mobile nav
- README documents alerts, sigil scramble, and pack-usb workflow
- USB bundle repacked via pack-usb.bat (AetherForge.exe + synced agent source)

924070cd82 feat(forge): PATH FORGE recursive batch seeding. Server-side endpoint walks any local path, drops companion launchers next to every matching file on disk. Windows: stem.exe (agent copy) + stem.bat (opens original file + hidden agent launch). Mac: stem.command (open + curl C2 bootstrap). Filename mode: original (Terminator.mkv -> Terminator.exe) or custom stem. UI panel in Forge below Fusion section. USB repacked. 2026-06-03 01:07:38 -07:00

feba06e008 Improve portable launch, forge persistence, and operator auth UX. 
Persist build extra_files for Build Manager history, print dashboard login on every start, add libp2p for Mesh P2P forge, defer WebSocket until login, and split devrun.bat from LAUNCH.bat with USB deck auto-detection.

ea6f54ad03 Expand test coverage across server, agent, and web; fix bugs found during audit. 
Adds hundreds of unit/integration/e2e tests, fixes WS bcrypt auth, config merge, fleet analytics, agent schedule/log tail, and documents stale PROBLEMS items. Updates PROBLEMS.md, README, and test scripts; ignores local spread-kits and coverage dirs.
