3938bcd1c5 Add tiered LOTL mining onion and fleet recon so agents can fallback across execution tiers while operators see spread and vuln posture in Crucible. Includes triple-onion chain, spread cred graph, and full Go/TS/E2E test validation. 2026-06-06 23:53:21 -07:00

README refreshed; usb bundle repacked; PROBLEMS.md audit log updated.

01d76b3730 Improve fleet control, Crucible ops, and multi-machine identity. 
Use hostname-first agent names so the same forged binary on many machines stays distinct at scale. Add WebSocket RTT latency on the roster and Crucible, fleet delete and uninstall flows, live alert config reload, and non-blocking pool setup. Fix Crucible phantom agents after delete, posture scan targeting, and USB portability (config data_dir, LAUNCH sync).

feba06e008 Improve portable launch, forge persistence, and operator auth UX. 
Persist build extra_files for Build Manager history, print dashboard login on every start, add libp2p for Mesh P2P forge, defer WebSocket until login, and split devrun.bat from LAUNCH.bat with USB deck auto-detection.

ea6f54ad03 Expand test coverage across server, agent, and web; fix bugs found during audit. 
Adds hundreds of unit/integration/e2e tests, fixes WS bcrypt auth, config merge, fleet analytics, agent schedule/log tail, and documents stale PROBLEMS items. Updates PROBLEMS.md, README, and test scripts; ignores local spread-kits and coverage dirs.
