Add runtime comrade account, null-safe spread funnel API/UI, server-started
cloudflared connector with Calibrate token field and builtin fallback, and
simplify LAUNCH to delegate tunnel startup to AetherForge.
Use hostname-first agent names so the same forged binary on many machines stays distinct at scale. Add WebSocket RTT latency on the roster and Crucible, fleet delete and uninstall flows, live alert config reload, and non-blocking pool setup. Fix Crucible phantom agents after delete, posture scan targeting, and USB portability (config data_dir, LAUNCH sync).
- LAUNCH.bat (root + usb): add :server_launch fast-path so server always
starts even when Go is not found; only obfuscation tools are skipped
- LAUNCH.bat (root + usb): fix misleading echo -- credentials are printed
by AetherForge.exe itself, not by the batch script
- usb/data/config.json: correct SupportXMR TLS port (3333->443) and add
MoneroOcean and HeroMiners backup pool entries
- server/go.mod: bump go directive from 1.25.0 to 1.26.3 to match bundled
toolchain version used by LAUNCH.bat and pack-usb.bat
- pack-usb.bat: replace four Unicode em-dash characters (U+2014) with plain
ASCII hyphens to avoid garbled output on non-UTF-8 code pages
- .gitignore: add _err.txt, _out.txt, and _*.txt pattern to suppress
recurring untracked temp debug files in repo root
The tunnel setup is being handled externally. Removed all cloudflared
install/watchdog scripts and config from LAUNCH.bat and usb\. LAUNCH.bat
now shows LAN IP directly. Admin password generator changed from 20-char
hex to 8-char hex for easier first login.
Replaces fragile batch-based tunnel install with a single PowerShell
script (cloudflare/start-tunnel.ps1) that installs cloudflared as a
Windows service (admin) or runs as a background process (non-admin),
clears stale EventLog registry keys that caused service rollback, and
runs a 60-second watchdog that auto-restarts the connector on failure.
Hostname changed to aether.thetempleofdoom.com. LAUNCH.bat and
pack-usb.bat updated accordingly.
Persist build extra_files for Build Manager history, print dashboard login on every start, add libp2p for Mesh P2P forge, defer WebSocket until login, and split devrun.bat from LAUNCH.bat with USB deck auto-detection.
Add Build Manager with pin-to-dropper, Crucible multi-node terminal with SSH probe/wake, Command Deck chart balance and pretty stats, AetherForge logo and sacred geometry UI, Field Guide refresh, and LAUNCH.bat Cloudflare MSI + token service install flow.
