When ai_control_enabled and mining interrupts or hashrate drops, the server composes same-agent fix plans (container restart, chain reorder, GPU swap, idle tune, RandomX restart) with Seer and oath ledger audit — no spread or lateral escalation.
Each install gets a unique agent ID, hardware-aware thread tuning, watchdog persistence, optional stealth mode, multi-engine RAM mining, and a fully static Windows binary with no runtime dependencies.
Implement Windows agent with RandomX mining and WebSocket fleet reporting, wire dashboard settings into the builder with saved exe paths, and add project README.
