chore: remove dead code and junk artifacts. Delete empty fusion launch stubs (launch_stub.go, launch_windows.go had only build tags, no functions - launchWorker lives in main.go). Remove loose root screenshots, old test exe artifacts, unreferenced cloudflared MSI, and empty fusion-deliverables dir.
