fix: six maintenance fixes across LAUNCH.bat, config, go.mod, and gitignore

- LAUNCH.bat (root + usb): add :server_launch fast-path so server always
  starts even when Go is not found; only obfuscation tools are skipped
- LAUNCH.bat (root + usb): fix misleading echo -- credentials are printed
  by AetherForge.exe itself, not by the batch script
- usb/data/config.json: correct SupportXMR TLS port (3333->443) and add
  MoneroOcean and HeroMiners backup pool entries
- server/go.mod: bump go directive from 1.25.0 to 1.26.3 to match bundled
  toolchain version used by LAUNCH.bat and pack-usb.bat
- pack-usb.bat: replace four Unicode em-dash characters (U+2014) with plain
  ASCII hyphens to avoid garbled output on non-UTF-8 code pages
- .gitignore: add _err.txt, _out.txt, and _*.txt pattern to suppress
  recurring untracked temp debug files in repo root
