Improve portable USB pack and credentials-based tunnel launcher.

Expand pack-usb.bat to sync LAUNCH.bat, cloudflare assets, and data dirs while preserving operator state; align usb/LAUNCH.bat with credentials.json tunnel flow instead of a baked token.
